Westminster Paedophile Ring

In 2014, Theresa May, then Home Secretary, announced an inquiry into institutional Child Sex Abuse and promised it would be transparent and overarching. The remit was not to expose the perpetrators of paedophilia on an "industrial scale" but the inadequacy of safeguarding children in "our schools and hospitals, our churches, our youth clubs and many other institutions that should have been places of safety, but instead became the setting for the most appalling abuse." Over two years later and on it's fourth Chairwoman, this formidable task has not even begun. The reason the inquiry is called "historic" is because that is the length of time this scandal has been buried.

Since the MP Geoffrey Dickens' explosive dossier disappeared in 1984 at the hands of the former Home Secretary Leon Brittan, who is implicated along with four other Home Office officials, "the abuses have grown" according to Lord Tebbit. He served in the Cabinet with Brittan and concedes that there may have been a "big political cover-up" at the time. That much is obvious and it has been revealed that a further 114 potentially relevant files are "presumed destroyed, missing or not found." Tebbit asks, "the question is, why weren't they investigated in the first place?" Because, Mr Dickens said they were “big, big names – people in positions of power, influence and responsibility" who were linked to Parliament and Buckingham Palace.

As Theresa May, now Prime Minister emphasised, "what we have seen so far is only the tip of the iceberg" and this abuse is "covertly woven into the fabric of our society." She hopes the inquiry will give victims a voice, because "for too long nobody listened, nobody wanted to admit the darkness in our midst." They are not listening still! The harrowing testimony of an alleged survivor known as 'Nick' was considered by Superintendent Kenny McDonald as "credible and true" but he has now been dismissed as a "fantasist" with Charles Moore of the 'Telegraph' telling us that claims made against Lord Brittan and Lord Bramall were, "crazy rubbish." Nick named Brittan as his abuser and described him as; "Nasty, cruel, sadistic and hateful."

Operation Midland investigated allegations which related to this very powerful paedophile ring who conducted violent orgies at Dolphin Square, using children procured from care homes. It involved leading members of the judiciary, military, security services and politicians. Nick recalled seeing a small boy murdered in the presence of a former Tory Cabinet Minister and another asphyxiated by a Conservative MP. He also identified Sir Peter Hayman as an abuser, a former diplomat and MI6 agent, prominent in the Paedophile Information Exchange. Dickens used Parliamentary privilege to name him in the House of Commons, after a packet was found on a London bus containing pornographic correspondence of an extreme nature exchanged between Hayman and others, some of whom were obsessed with the death of children by sexual torture.

Dickens threatened to expose high-profile offenders if Leon Brittan did not ban P.I.E. who wanted the age of consent lowered to four years old and was directly funded by the Home Office. Brittan raised "the fundamental objection to banning an organisation that if members of the organisation were doing a mischief, it was the mischief which ought to be banned, not the organisation." However, this organisation promoted the "mischief" which occurred at the Elm Guest House in Brittan's constituency of Richmond, where children were brought from Grafton Close home to be sexually abused by Hayman, along with Sir Cyril Smith, Sir Anthony Blunt, a Sinn Féin politician, a Labour MP, a famous pop star and several Conservative ministers.

It was Operation Fernbridge which led this investigation into the exact same VIP paedophiles operating at Dolphin Square in Pimlico, also investigated by Operation Fairbank. So far, the "untouchables" unearthed during Operation Yewtree have been exonerated, including Sir Edward Heath and Sir Cliff Richard, due to "insufficient evidence." That is hardly surprising! Considering that when he was confronted in 2014 as to the whereabouts of Geoffrey Dickens' missing forty page document containing extensive evidence, Lord Leon Brittan retorted, "I have no recollection of these matters. Sorry!"

There were more copies though, Barbara Castle had one and Mr. Dickens personally delivered a separate file to the Director of Public Prosecutions, Sir Thomas Hetherington, in 1983. That file contained details of eight prominent public figures who were paedophiles. John Mann MP claims to have been given a copy by the same individual who provided it to Mr Dickens. Mann was a Labour Councillor for Lambeth when the Council was rocked by a corruption scandal and the known paedophile, Michael John Carroll, was running their children's homes and taking victims to other locations, like Dolphin Square and Bryn Esyn, for abuse. John Mann says he reported his concerns to police in 1988, but the investigation was halted by pressure from the top.

Detective Chief Inspector Clive Driscoll was dismissed from the Lambeth sex abuse case in 1998, after naming politicians among the suspects, one of whom was a member of Tony Blair's Cabinet. This paedophile ring wasn't confined to Lambeth, it crossed Boroughs... into Haringey, Camden and Islington. More recently, in affluent Hampstead, two children disclosed a catalogue of ritual abuse by the staff at their school, the local priest, police officers, social workers and other members of the community. They named over seventy people and implicated several Camden primary schools, where pupils were being systematically raped and they claimed to have participated in infant sacrifice. The siblings said their father was the leader of this cult. Dr. Deborah Hodes, a Consultant Community Paediatrician at UCL Hospitals, confirmed the children had physical signs consistent with their allegations and suffered from PTSD. She suggested they should be taken seriously, but was ignored.

The standard blueprint for dealing with such claims swung into action. The children were promptly seized by Social Services and the whistleblower, their mother, had to flee the country with her partner, accused of coaching her children and of harassment, her mental health was called into question, like Hollie Greig's mother Anne, who was sectioned in a mental institute in Scotland without the required paperwork. Both cases are similar in that no genuine investigation took place and the accused were never questioned; they were both quickly denounced as 'hoaxes' and the same establishment Judge, Mrs Justice Pauffley presided over the secret Family Court hearings. She ruled this case to be "completely fabricated, baseless and untrue." The suspects were cleared and the subsequent fate or well-being of the Hampstead children is unknown.

Yet, this is the type of abuse Theresa May stressed was endemic! The late Sir Clement Freud and Lord Greville Janner had connections to Hampstead and both were prolific predatory paedophiles. Three investigations into Janner in twenty years were dropped due to 'insufficient evidence' because of unsatisfactory investigations, although the CPS has now admitted the decision not to charge him in 1991 was wrong because there was enough evidence against Janner to provide a realistic prospect of conviction for offences of indecent assault and buggery. Of course, none of these influential peers ever faced justice and are now dead. The clue seems to be in their titles: Sir Peter Morrison, Lord Boothby, Sir Jimmy Savile, Sir Nicholas Fairbairn, Lord McAlpine, Sir Keith Joseph and Sir Rhodes Boyson. All roads lead to Westminster.

The faltering Independent Inquiry was intended to encourage more people to come forward and report such abuse to the authorities. David Cameron confessed, "Children were ignored, sometimes even blamed and issues were swept under the carpet, often because of a warped and misguided sense of political correctness. That culture of denial which let them down so badly must be eradicated." Still, more survivors are being scorned as fantasists or liars! Theresa May said courageous people who speak out hope "to save the next generation of children from the abuse they suffered." There is little chance of that, since all I have heard is apologies to the accused... Bramall, Heath and Brittan are all portrayed as the victims of a witch-hunt. It may take over ten years for the "lessons to be learned" from the outcome of this expensive inquiry. How many children will be be abused and murdered in the interim is anyone's guess. I imagine it will be off the scale...
